Thai Massage
Traditional Thai massage stimulates the acupressure points in the body in order to provide relief, to stretch and loosen tightened muscles, to release tension and relieve joints. Thai massage leaves you feeling relaxed and energized. Thai massage is done on a padded mat on the floor. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed. Wear comfortable clothing to the massage.
Prenatal Massage
Benefits both mother and baby by reducing stress and tension to the central nervous system. As the mother’s body is changing massage can aide in the reduction of stress on the weight bearing joints. Relieves muscle spasms, cramps and strains on the body. 75- and 90-minute massages also available.

Essential oils can be used to heal and support the body’s emotional and physical well-being. These oils not only smell wonderful, but they actually heal at the cellular level. We use Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade CPTG® essential oils. 75- and 90-minute massages also available. (Aromatherapy can be added to any massage for an additional $10)
Hot Stone Massage
A relaxation massage that facilitates the release of muscle tension with the use of smooth heated stones and a variety of relaxation massage techniques. Provides deep relaxation.
