“I truly enjoy helping people achieve their fitness and nutritional goals by tailoring my workouts with a specific purpose. Anyone can compile a bunch of different exercises, but my programs are developed with an exclusive bodily system in mind. Train hard, yet smart!” Sean Robertson Sean Robertson has his Bachelors in Kinesiology from Whittier College in 2010 and is completing his Masters in Sports Nutrition from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Sean is also a Certified Personal Trainer via American Fitness Professionals of America (AFPA) and is studying for his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). Sean has been training clients and teaching a variety of classes since the summer of 2007. Teaching and training children, adolescents, adults and the elderly has allowed Sean to develop a wide range of customized programs tailored to all aspects of fitness and nutrition. In 2005, Sean was awarded the International Performance Institute (IPI) Most Improved Award at Bollettierri’s Tennis Academy for his training commitment and dedication. In 2009, Sean received the 1st Team All-Conference Award at Whittier College in collegiate tennis during his first year as team co-captain. With his lifelong experience in athletics and fascination with kinesiology and nutrition, Sean loves helping others achieve their personal fitness goals.
