F.I.T.
This is a cross-training workout for full body
​strengthening. Workouts include performance
​drills, functional lifts and core power.

F.I.T. BASICS
A cross training workout for developing your strength skills. Workouts will include performance drills, instructional teaching, and functional lifts.​ F.I.T. Basics trains you on fundamental movements to strengthen and tone your body. This class will help you build your foundation of strength and stamina. Classes is designed to slowly push you to build cardio power and muscle.

BODYROCK
​BodyRock is styled after a traditional bootcamp workout, but is a lot more fun! This workout will fire up your metabolism and burn stubborn body fat. You will experience energetic and unique exercises created in a sequence that will make you sweat. We take hard science, hard knowledge and hard training to perseverance and develop a hard body.​​

BLEACHERS
A leg “blaster” by way of a stadium staircase! Experience fancy footwork and test your cardio with interactive exercises. This class is held in the Colorado College Football Stadium.

COREFIT
This class is designed to benefit your body to-the-core. The exercises are focus to strengthen your abs and back, from hips to shoulders. The class will focus on correct form, as well as various timed drills. This is a motivating experience for everyone at any level.

YOGAFIT
YogaFit combines strength, sweat, breath, and movement to tone every muscle in your body! Cultivate endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, and focus. Beginner to Intermediate.

BELLY DANCING
Learn choreography that incorporates a wide range of classic belly dance moves. It is guaranteed to tone and strengthen your arms while you learn graceful traveling movements, and hip and torso isolations.

A fusion of FitBody’s YogaFit and FitChallenge designed to sculpt muscles, burn fat, and tone your entire body!​
